Nibbles 'n' Kibbles Food Bank - CCS offers free cat food and litter for Jefferson County, CO, residents who are temporarily unable to provide food and litter to their cats. This helps prevent abuse, neglect, or abandonment of cats when their owners encounter temporary hard times. Recipients must have a food voucher from The Action Center (formerly Jefferson County Action Center). Not a public event.

Shelter lower level-drive to the back of the shelter and go to the back door.
