Perpet-U-Care Program for Senior and Special Needs Cats
Cat Care Society's Perpet-U-Care adoption program was developed to help our senior cats (age 10 and older) and cats with chronic medical conditions find new homes more quickly. All cats, no matter the age, with these chronic health problems qualify:
- Heart murmurs grade 4 and higher
- Cardiomyopathy and heart disease
- Stomatitis or advanced dental/gum disease
- Chronic urinary tract infections and/or blockages
- Chronic eye problems
Perpet-U-Care, unique to the industry, is similar to an insurance policy: Cat Care Society will cover the costs up to $250 per calendar year of free veterinary services at The Cat Clinic at Cat Care Society to help offset the costs of adopting an senior cat or a cat with chronic health problems. Perpet-U-Care does not cover the costs of annual wellness exams, vaccinations, euthanasia or cremation.
