Cars For Cats

Do you have an old car that you would like to dispose of?  Did you know you can donate your used vehicle (car, truck, boat, RV, etc.) to Cat Care Society? Funds from the sale of your vehicle - whether it runs or not - will benefit the cats at CCS, and give you a tax deduction. It's easy!

Cat of the Week - Xena

Xena is our Cat of the Week.  She is a sweet little lady who somehow lost her loving home and found herself on the streets.  She is beginning to trust again, and warming up to humans.  Xena is on our Perpet-U-Care program.  Please stop in and see her.

Lifetime Care-Cat Guardianship

The Nine Lives Guardianship Program allows Cat Care Society to serve as temporary caregiver for your cats should they outlive you. This is a key benefit of the Nine Lives Legacy Society. The program is available for your cats, whether or not they were adopted from our shelter.

Nibbles & Kibbles

Our food bank for people who are temporarily struggling to provide food and litter to their cats is in great need of canned and dry cat food and cat litter. Please donate wet or dry food or litter to CCS! Be sure to label it "Nibbles 'n' Kibbles." Need a receipt for tax purposes? Be sure to ask for one from our front desk team.

On October 21st, Dr. Suzanne Hetts will present a valuable seminar on dealing with pet loss, where to find support, and also on the care of older cats.  She will also discuss how to keep your kitty active as she ages!

Seminar-The Healthy Cat Kidney

Dr. Celeste Abell, Cat Care Clinic veterinarian, will present a seminar on October 28th about feline kidneys.  She will discuss chronic kidney disease and treatments, house soiling, bladder infections, and other related topics.  This seminar is relevant to cats of all ages.


Story Time with Cats

Coming soon-a therapeutic story time for children with some of our more patient and lovable kitties!  This will be a special hour of reading for children.  A parent or guardian must accompany the child.  Click below to sign up or to find out more about this new activity.

Yoga with the Cats

Yoga with the Cats will be held again on Sunday, October 22nd from 4 to 5PM.  Experienced or beginner in yoga, this event is for you!  Bottled water, music, and cats will be provided! Class will be held at Cat Care Society in main hallway.
