We have an #adoptionupdate from Adara who adopted Cindy Lou in March 2026. Adara came to CCS looking for a boy cat since they had heard they were more affectionate; however, that stigma was proven false with Cindy Lou who was so sweet right away.
“She has adjusted great. I’m still in the beginning period where she is just in my room for now and in a week I plan to introduce her to a new room. She’s been very confident and playful. She also loves to snuggle at night which has been very nice.
“She tends to go crazy at night sometimes so I’ve learned to put some of her louder toys away. She has slowly been switching to a new food that she really seems to be liking. Her favorite toy so far is a wand that has changeable attachments. She has a butterfly and a fish that she loves.
“I’m glad to have her in my home. She’s turned out to be very friendly to new people and I’m glad that she’s finally in a giant space where she can feel confident and happy.”
