Get ready for the purr-fect night out! Participants will enjoy a guided painting class surrounded by adoptable cats in our free-roam shelter, making for a unique and heartwarming experience.

All supplies are included. All proceeds support the cats and community programs at Cat Care Society.

About the Instructor

Cat Care Society Art Coordinator, Tara Deenihan

“I started volunteering at Cat Care Society in 2021 and have worked as our Art Coordinator for two years. My degree is in graphic design, but I have been out of that industry for a long time – working at Cat Care Society has given me the chance to be creative in a whole new way! In 2025 I created a piece for Tails of the Painted Cats and I look forward to participating again in 2027. Most of my painting background is in watercolor, but I love the vibrancy of acrylics too. I am always still learning! I have four cats at home: Simba, Peggy, and Dottie moved from New Jersey with me, and I took in Valkyrie when I found her living under my deck. I also look after a few local feral cats and love spending time with my feline friends here at Cat Care Society.”
