Santa Paws is coming to town!
Save the date! Join Cat Care Society at our annual holiday market and thrift shop on Saturday, December 6, 12:00-2:00 PM, where you can stock up on handmade crafts, cat-themed goodies, tasty baked goods, and more!
Bring the whole family, because this year we’ve added a kids activity station and a photo op with our special shelter Santa!

Donating Thrift Shop Items
Now is a great time to declutter your home before the holiday season. Donate those unused, unloved items to help them find a second home, all while supporting our shelter cats!
Donations for the thrift store can be dropped off at Cat Care Society during shelter open hours – Thursday-Monday 12-6 PM. Please drop off all donations by November 28.
Great items to donate include:
- Jewelry
- Books
- Bags
- Trinkets
- Decor
- Art
- Vintage clothing
- Ornaments, wrapping paper, holiday decor
Donating Baked Goods
Donors are welcome to submit homemade or store bought baked goods to the Santa Paws bake sale! Please find requirements for baked goods below:
- All items must be sealed with food-safe packaging
- Packaging must include a visible, easy to read label with:
- item name
- list of all ingredients used
- list of common allergens – separate from the ingredients, with bold lettering (common allergens include soy, gluten, dairy, nuts, wheat, shellfish, eggs, etc.)
- date of production
- All donated goods should be submitted in advance for approval by filling out our online form (coming soon!)
- This helps us ensure we don’t have too many duplicate items and provide a variety of items to our shoppers!
- We encourage donors to submit unique items including both savory and sweet items
- Approved items may be dropped off on Friday, December 5, 12-6 PM.
- Items that have not been approved may not be able to be used in the bake sale.
Proceeds directly benefit the cats at Cat Care Society!
